My true fitness journey began in 2015 as I set out to learn how to take better care of my body and treat it with respect. My routine changed as I tried a variety of programs in order to learn what I prefer and to challenge myself in new ways. I started as a woman mistreating herself with negative thoughts and eating disorders, and have overcome so much. I am still on a mission to respect my body and mind.
