8 weeks of workouts with circuits ranging from toning, to HIIT, to cardio, and more. Each workout is designed to help you tone up and achieve your fitness goals. Modify each workout to fit your needs/fitness experience. Don’t have access to a gym? No problem - most workouts only require a single pair of dumbbells.
These areas contain encouraging messages to grow your faith. They are specifically centered around helping women find their identity, find encouragement in their current situations, and become the best version of themselves.
Each day you will find a “task.” The tasks are either a way to perform self-care or a random act of kindness. They will challenge you emotionally and encourage growth.
There are 32 healthy recipes in this program along with a grocery list. The recipes are meals that taste delicious and contain healthy and natural ingredients. They are all fairly simple to make and contain quality nutrients your body needs to perform the workouts each day.
