Total Body HIIT Workout
HIIT it hard with this total body workout. In just three rounds, you’ll get a great workout in with minimal time. Since you’ll only need a pair of dumbbells, you can do this sweat session just about anywhere!
Directions: Perform Circuit A 3x, through each circuit. Rest 30 seconds to 1 minute between each round. If you’re really feeling daring, try one more round of this circuit.
