FOOTBALL GAME DAY WORKOUT

Hey, what's up, hello. Who else is pumped to watch the Super Bowl this Sunday? You KNOW I'll be cheering for my Birds to win this thing. They've been prepping, praying, and proving themselves. They are ready for the battle.


Can I get an E-A-G-L-E-S?
 

If you're anything like me, it is incredibly difficult to say "no" to those game-day snacks, apps, and dips. I fail so hard with portion control and limiting myself to a couple bites. It's in front of me, how do I say no? ha. I've devised a quick workout to combat the overindulging and get a mini sweat in while watching the big game. It is simple and requires nothing but your body weight. Perform the allotted number of reps for each move whenever the football play is completed. For example, the Eagles score a touchdown: 10 Burpees it is! (This may be the only time I will actually enjoy doing burpees. Go team!). They kick their field goal, I'm getting down and doing 10 Crunches. Anyone out their with me?
