In need of a little extra pick-me-up? I have just the thing. Matcha greek yogurt cups fuel your workout and your mind. These are the perfect treat for breakfast to give you some needed energy. This recipe is made with Naoki Matcha (found on amazon) which dissolves quickly and is  Ceremonial Grade. I highly recommend it, but it can be made with any organic matcha powder. Hope you enjoy these breakfast cups and get the fuel you need. 


Healthy Matcha Greek Yogurt Cups. Gluten free, sugar free, delicious fuel for a workout or breakfast.

Matcha Greek Yogurt Cups

INGREDIENTS:

CUPS:
1/2 c rolled oats
1/2 banana
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla

YOGURT:
1/2 c plain greek yogurt
1 Tbsp agave
1/2 tsp Naoki Matcha

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix oats, banana, egg, vanilla in a bowl. Spray muffin tin with olive oil and place mixture evenly in each tin (should fill 4 muffins 1/2 way). Cook for 10 minutes. Once removed from the oven, push into the muffins with the bottom of a shot glass to create a cup. Cook for 10 minutes. Place the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, and mix until well combined. Pour yogurt into cooled cups and enjoy!
