HIIT It Workout
Are you short on time? Do you need a quick workout that is sure to get you out of breath and covered in sweat? I gotchu girl! Perform these 3 circuits 3 times each.
Directions: Circuit A 30 seconds Move 1, rest 15 seconds, 30 seconds Move 2, rest 15 seconds, 30 seconds Move 3, rest 30 seconds. Repeat 2 more times then move on to Circuit B.
