It's that time of year again! Pumpkin spice, pumpkin lattes, pumpkin pie and everything in-between. Is it just me, or is chocolate good with anything? I decide to create a chocolatey festive recipe that tastes like a treat, but fuels like a snack. These pumpkin, brownie muffins are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth and power you through your day. They are beyond moist and oh, so delicious. Put on your apron and let's start baking! 

Skinny, Flourless Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins. These are so moist and will satisfy your sweet tooth. No sugar, no flour, no oil!

Healthy Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

1 c pumpkin puree
1/2 c cacao
1/4 c pure maple syrup
2 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/3 c almond butter
1/2 ripe banana

TOPPINGS:
1/2 c plain greek yogurt
1/4 c pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with olive oil and set aside. Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until well combined. Drop batter into muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes. Set aside and let cool. Mis greek yogurt, pumpkin, maple syrup and cinnamon together. Top the cooled muffins with the pumpkin mixture and enjoy.
