Arm Toning Workout
Tone your arms with these six moves. My arms were shaking after this - feeling tight and toned as ever. The only equipment you need is a single pair of dumbbells. You can do this at home, while traveling, at the gym, or anywhere else! Enjoy.
Complete this 6-move circuit three times at 20 reps each move.
-3x20 bent over row + press (each side)
-3x20 pushup to side opener (alt)
-3x20 Tricep dips (2) + Kicks (2)
-3x20 Shoulder taps (4) + Mountain climbers (4)
-3x20 Side hammer curl + bicep curl
-3x20 Back fly
1-mile fast walk
