Arm HIIT Workout!
If you asked me a few years ago, I’d say I never thought I’d be able to have toned arms. I thought it was all genetics that I just didn’t have. Truth is, I wasn’t working out in a way that my body responded to, and my diet was a mess. Now, arms are becoming one of my favorite things to train. I created this Arm HIIT workout for a serious challenge. GOOD LUCK!
Directions: Perform this Circuit 3x though, resting 30 seconds between each round.
