Ab Finisher Circuit
This is a short but sweet ab workout to add to the end of any sweat session. I love the extra burn. I’ve been doing this all week and my abs are on fire. There is no equipment needed so you can do this at home, while traveling, at the gym, or anywhere else! Enjoy.
Complete this 5-move circuit twice at 20 reps each move.
-Crunch and punch (alt sides)
-Seated leg lift side to side (each side)
-Scissor kicks (each side)
-Mountain Climbers (each side)
