Ab Crusher Workout
This is a great workout to complete when you're short on time. It took me less than 30 minutes and it left me sweating and sore. This is a circuit designed to work every inch of your core. What you will need: A set of weights (I use about 10 lbs) and a yoga mat. Get ready to crush!
Complete circuit 1, take a 1 minute break. Complete Circuit 2, take a 1 minute break. Repeat. (Gives you a total of 2x per circuit).
