I'm loving this smoothie kick I have been on throughout this summer. I have crafted a ton of new recipes, been experimenting with different products and loving all of the delicious flavors I'm getting as a result. This one is to DIE for. I made it for my M1 (first meal of the day) after my morning sweat session. It is packed with antioxidants, healthy fats, and of course, KALE because priorities. Berry Nice Smoothie
1/2 c frozen blueberries
1/4 c frozen raspberries
1/4 c frozen blackberries
1/2 c frozen cauliflower
1 c fresh kale
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
1 c almond milk
Sprinkle of granola
1/8 c frozen raspberries
Sprinkle of unsweetened coconut chips
2 Tbsp Crazy Richards PB2 powder
Place all of the smoothie base ingredients in your high-speed mixer and blend until fully combined. Pour into a bowl. Slice your banana and place on your smoothie. Combine the PB2 powder with 1 tbsp of almond milk and mix thoroughly. Drizzle on top along with your granola, coconut chips and raspberries. Snap a pic and tag me @fitstagram.michelle, then DIG IN!
