100 Rep Booty Challenge

The goal is to do 100 reps of each of the moves below. You can break these up however you like.

WARMUP: ⠀
10 min on Stairmaster at level 11 (optional)⠀

MOVES: (Scroll through the Instagram post below to view each move)⠀
- Jump Squats⠀
- In & Out Squat Jacks⠀
- Step Kick Backs (each side)⠀
- Jump Lunge + Squat ⠀
- Banded Side Pulse (each side)⠀
- Banded Kick Up (each side)⠀

** I broke these into 5 circuits of 20 reps each with 1 minute between each**⠀

My goal is to try this once or twice a month and see if I can either improve my time (less break in between each circuit) or be able to break this up into fewer circuits (so higher reps per circuit). Let the games begin!⠀
